If Master Bastard were to be considered a living creature, then its bones and tendons would be Terlet.  The noble structure that holds this foul beast up and gives it the strength to fight against the oppressive forces of societal norms, Terlet provides the technology, the organization, and even the location that makes it all possible.  And also having perhaps the most kind-hearted sensibilities of the four constituent parts, he possesses the soul that saves the playful from descending into the despicable.
